About the role

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Staff to join our team at PT NX LEMO INDONESIA LOGISTIK' in Sidoarjo, East Java. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and executing our marketing communications strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
• Creating engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral
• Managing and coordinating the work of marketing support staff and vendors
• Analyzing marketing performance data and providing insights to optimise our strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing communications role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong experience in the Forwarding / Logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of import & export processes, documentation, and regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Proficient in using marketing automation and analytics tools
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
