Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role combines the best of digital and offline marketing developing engaging social media content and creating impactful Point of Sales Materials (POSM) to support brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content

  • Plan, create, and manage content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and stories
  • Craft engaging captions tailored to platform and audience behavior
  • Stay updated with social media trends and leverage them for brand visibility
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
  • Manage the social media calendar to ensure timely and cohesive content delivery


POSM (Point of Sales Materials)

  • Develop creative and effective in-store marketing tools that align with brand identity
  • Work closely with internal teams to determine POSM needs and campaign goals
  • Coordinate production of materials such as banners, wobblers, shelf talkers, etc.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all materials and channels
  • Oversee distribution and timely rollout of POS materials to outlets
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of POSM initiatives and suggest improvements


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or trade marketing roles
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices
  • Experience in managing or developing POSM materials
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail
  • Skilled in cross-functional coordination and project management
  • Able to analyze performance data and turn insights into action
