Job summary

CV Karya Rasa Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Staff to support marketing activities across social media, e-commerce, and offline channels. You will manage content, campaigns, events, and coordinate with influencers, vendors, and partners while tracking performance.

The right candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong communication and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Experience with social media management and content planning.
• Familiar with e-commerce/marketplace platforms and promotional campaigns.
• KOL/influencer management is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Creative, proactive, adaptable, and able to work with deadlines and multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to support events and marketing activities that require mobility.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
• Execute marketing activities, campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activations.
• Manage and monitor e-commerce/marketplace activities, including product updates, promotions, campaigns, and performance.
• Coordinate with KOL/influencers, vendors, communities, and external partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Prepare marketing activity reports and evaluate campaign performance.
• Ensure marketing activities are delivered according to brief, timeline, budget, and brand standards.
