Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Marketing Strategies – Create and implement marketing strategies targeting Mandarin-speaking markets.
  2. Manage Social Media & Content – Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media and content marketing.
  3. Conduct Market Research – Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  4. Build and Maintain Relationships – Communicate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster strong business relationships.
  5. Support Sales & Business Development – Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and expand the company’s presence in markets.
  6. Translate & Localize Marketing Materials – Adapt promotional materials, advertisements, and website content for audiences.
  7. Organize Events & Campaigns – Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking customers.
  8. Monitor & Report Performance – Track marketing campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in Mandarin & English – Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above) and English.
  2. Marketing Experience – Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  3. Knowledge of Marketing Tools – Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
  4. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners professionally.
  5. Creativity & Strategic Thinking – Capable of developing innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  6. Understanding Market – Awareness of business etiquette, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  7. Project Management Skills – Ability to handle multiple marketing projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
