We are a jewelry company seeking a proactive, organized, and trustworthy individual to join our Marketing team. This role involves helping with daily marketing tasks, campaign coordination, content preparation, and data organization. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and be involved in a variety of creative and operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content
• Help organize and execute digital campaigns and email newsletters
• Support research and outreach coordination
• Maintain and update lead and customer databases
• Assist with the preparation and organization of marketing materials and creative assets
• Track marketing activities and provide updates to the team
• Manage community relations communication, inbound and outbound

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with or interest in tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and Asana
• Basic graphic design abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with digital marketing or social media is valued
