Job description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and market research techniques.
  • Proven experience with social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SEO/SEM and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven experience with social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and CRM platforms (especially HubSpot).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design).

The responsibilities covering:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence through consistent and engaging messaging.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
