Job description

RISE Indonesia is hiring a Sales & Marketing Lead who can take charge of our growth engine. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, driving campaigns, and leading a team. You’ll report directly to the Section Head and be groomed to step into a bigger role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the sales and intake numbers, from lead to conversion.
  • Lead and collaborate with the sales team to optimize performance.
  • Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, email, social media, events).
  • Monitor metrics like CPL, CAC, intake rate, renewal rate.
  • Analyze funnel performance and implement improvements.
  • Contribute to market and competitor analysis, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Assist in planning events, open house, and parent engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Academic, Operations).
  • Take initiative in solving problems and improving marketing-sales workflow.
Requirements
  • Have 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth.
  • Understands how marketing supports sales in terms of conversion not just awareness.
  • Experienced in leading campaigns and managing revenue targets, confident with numbers.
  • Confident communicator and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and can work with data-driven decision making.
  • Comfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Canva, and CRM systems.
  • Able to take ownership of small projects and see them through execution.
  • Energetic, responsible, and hungry to grow.
  • Collaborative and communicative.
  • Eager to grow and willing to take and give feedback
  • Available for Bintaro area placement
