A leading educational company is seeking a Marketing Staff member to develop strategic marketing initiatives and manage relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and creative skills, alongside a Bachelor's degree and minimum three years of marketing experience. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, planning events, and enhancing brand awareness through dynamic campaigns.
This role will focus on developing strategic marketing plans that optimize our promotional strategy. You will be responsible for creating and delivering market insight to the business to improve brand awareness, acquiring good quality marketing leads, and successful sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute initiatives to grow new leads, opportunities, and new customers through various channels (social media, booth, events, school cooperation, etc)
Planning, executing and evaluating marketing activities through the best possible way (either new media, conventional, or on-ground activities)
Reviewing marketing activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Building good relationships with school partners, vendors and brand partners
Understanding the local market behavior
Proactive looking for marketing opportunities
Collaborating closely with design team to develop your marketing materials
Planning and executing on-ground activities such as; booth, booth in public and private area
Create marketing events i.e.: seminar, webinar, life clubs, competitions, etc.
Collaborating with social media marketing person to integrate marketing approaches
Creating an engaging content calendar and the contents
Create ideas for events in monthly basis
Able to use analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager
Able to use design tools such as Pixlr, Adobe Photoshop
Skill Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to analyze and create marketing strategy
Analytical thinking but also have a creative mind
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to project management
Social media savvy and Solid writing skills
Updated with related trends in the media
Organized and detailed oriented
Experienced managing events
Attention to Detail, Good Teamwork Skills and Out-of-the-box thinker
Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Adobe Photoshop
Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Hootsuite
Other Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business with min. GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
At least 3 years of experience in marketing field
Positive attitude, flexible, and great team spirit
Able to work under pressure during peak periods
