Marketing & Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role contributes to the Electrification Services in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
  • Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
  • Ensuring the setting, periodic review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost-effective solutions to customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
  • Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.
Qualifications for the role
  • Experience in Sales, with expertise in electrical switchgear Medium Voltage and Low Voltage.
  • Preferably an Electrical Engineering background, but any graduate with the right experience will be acceptable.
  • Experience in the Service segment of electrical switchgear is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership experience. Must have knowledge of the market in Indonesia relevant to this business role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
