As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a talented Marketing & Sales Manager to join our team. You will work with creative team to create marketing strategy to reach our target and visions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic planning for marketing
  • Develop and implement new and effective marketing plan and strategies to promote Daile products in Indonesia.
  • Propose and monitor 360 marketing mix strategies (instore, ATL media, BTL media, etc) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
  • Analyze performance of all channels and campaigns.
  • Coordinating with external parties for marketing
  • Develop other relevant strategies to support and promote the the brand to increase traffic and sales
  • Conduct comprehensive marketing research to inform the creation of marketing and branding communications plans.
  • Manage total marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute product launch events, managing pre-launch activities including but not limited to marketing materials and etc.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Manage weekly and monthly marketing reports, analyzing data to measure performance and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Maintain partnership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor' degree in marketing, business, communications, or any related field and equivalent experience.
  • Having more than 1 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in fashion industries
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term brand vision and goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for brand campaigns.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
