MARKETING & SALES MANAGER

We are a trading and manufacturing company equipped with modern facilities and machinery, engaging in the modern furniture and interior industry. We have a representative showroom to service our clients and are segmented to the premium market in Indonesia. We import furniture materials, furniture fitting hardware, and accessories, making modern furniture like wardrobes and pantry sets. We are also experts in fabricating aluminum frame door systems for many projects, including residential, apartment, hotel, and office.

Job Descriptions:

• Concepting, forming, and leading the best solid sales team, sales support team, and marketing to achieve committed targets.
• Works closely with management to set up marketing, communication, and sales strategies to build a strong base of loyal client community.
• Implement working plans as set up with management, ensuring target achievement at satisfactory levels and adhering to deadlines.
• Handle day-to-day sales activities and work towards exceeding customer satisfaction.
• Communicate and work together with other departments, including site factory, technical support and installation, finance accounting and tax, project and design, in a mission to service customer orders.
• Engaging in business development works and strategies, including opening new markets.

Requirements:

• Professional with strong expertise in marketing and sales, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
• Holding a minimum S1 degree from reputable universities.
• Having a minimum of 15 years of professional working experience at a managerial level, handling and leading sales teams.
• Must have strong leadership and a high level of excellent communication skills.
• Mature, conceptual thinker, and well-organized person.
• Must be stationed in West Jakarta.
