Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage reinsurance treaty portfolios or technical reinsurance placement
• Build strong relationships with clients and reinsurance companies
• Develop effective reinsurance treaty placement strategies
• Analyze risks and implement appropriate strategies to reduce risk
• Oversee the maintenance of existing reinsurance treaty portfolios and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Expand the client base by building new business relationships
• Maintain good relationships with reinsurer and insurance companies in Indonesia
