Job Overview
The Marketing and PR Manager will lead marketing initiatives to strengthen Seacrest Consulting & Real Estate’s brand and public presence. We help clients navigate complex regulations and close business and property deals. The role includes organizing educational and networking events, producing YouTube content with experts and industry leaders, and supporting digital marketing through blog posts, email campaigns, and client materials.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to strengthen brand presence and support business growth
Plan and manage the marketing calendar, including events, podcasts, and partnerships with local businesses (particularly property and investment sectors)
Oversee digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms
Build and manage the company’s YouTube channel with interviews, expert talks, and property showcases
Establish and maintain media relations to secure press coverage
Manage LinkedIn content and engagement opportunities
Track and report campaign performance to optimize results performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in a similar role (3+ years) within real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors in Indonesia
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with local partners and media outlets
