A leading company in marketing is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist in Jakarta Timur. The role involves managing marketing calendars, tracking KPIs, and coordinating digital campaigns across various platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Develop and manage marketing calendar: promos, launches, events
Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance dashboards
Coordinate timelines and deliverables between internal & external teams
Ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns across TikTok, IG, ads, etc.
Build and improve SOPs for marketing workflows and execution
Support cross-functional alignment with product, sales, CS, and finance
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource needs for marketing projects
Report regularly
Requirements
Min 1 year in marketing operations, project coordination, or digital marketing
Strong in project management tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, ClickUp)
Comfortable managing campaign calendars and cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset, understands KPIs, ROAS, engagement, etc.
Can work in a fast-paced, growing startup with multiple priorities
