Job Description

  • Set up and manage campaign configurations in backend systems (e.g. vouchers, landing pages, homepage assets) with high accuracy and timeliness to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Business Development, Product, Finance, and Regional teams to align campaign requirements and timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for campaign execution matters, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all involved parties.
  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance and assist in troubleshooting issues, escalating bugs or errors to relevant teams for quick resolution.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc campaign setup tasks or cross-functional requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from all majors.
  • 1 year of experience in marketing operations, or a related field.
  • High attention to detail and strongly meticulous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/MS office and Google workspace platform (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven.
  • Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally.
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment.
