Responsibilities:

• Being active and initiative to create quotations under the coordination with the Director and associated departments.
• Follow up on the quotations that have been sent to clients until the project goal is achieved.
• Managing and controlling all the company’s external suppliers with particular emphasis on the price and purchase of materials.
• Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for the project.
• Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned to the company's needs.
• Identify new suppliers, agree on terms and negotiate supply agreements where appropriate, including discount structures and volume rebates.
• Continually improve purchasing methods and drive down external spend.

Requirements:

• Obedient Muslim (hijab).
• Initiative and active person.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• Expert in waterproofing, flooring, integral strengthening.
• Minimum 5 years previous experience in a Marketing or Purchasing role.
• Proven track record of controlling and reducing external spend whilst developing a robust supplier base.
• Fully conversant with modern procurement and purchasing techniques.
• Management and coordination of purchasing activities with relation to cost, delivery, and quality performance.
