Responsibilities

1. Actively create quotations in coordination with the Director and related departments.
2. Follow up on sent quotations to clients until project closure.
3. Manage and oversee external suppliers, focusing on pricing and procurement of materials.
4. Ensure parts and materials are purchased at competitive prices and delivered timely for projects.
5. Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers aligned with company needs.
6. Identify new suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish supply agreements, including discounts and volume rebates.
7. Continuously improve procurement methods and reduce external spending.

Requirements

• Proactive and initiative-driven personality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Expertise in waterproofing, flooring, structural strengthening.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or purchasing roles.
• Proven ability to control and reduce external costs while developing a strong supplier base.
• Familiar with modern procurement techniques.
• Experience in managing purchasing activities related to cost, delivery, and quality.
