A leading HR solutions provider in Kalimantan seeks a Marketing Manager for heavy-duty trucks. This role involves analyzing product specifications, collaborating with sales, and managing dealer performance. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience in sales or dealer management, with a strong engineering background.
Collect and analyze product specifications and performance data of competitor trucks, particularly in the mid- and heavy-duty segments. Perform technical comparisons to support product positioning and strategy.
Collaborate with the sales team on customer visits to understand operational needs, gather feedback, and promote truck solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Maintain regular communication with dealers to monitor on-site performance of trucks. Gather feedback from the field to identify product gaps and propose improvement initiatives aligned with customer expectations and market trends.
Assist in overseeing product operations at customer sites and support end-user training to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
Work closely with the service team to ensure all dealer service activities are well-prepared, efficient, and meet customer standards.
Conduct in-depth market surveys to identify prospective customers and potential dealer partners. Analyze opportunities and support strategic expansion plans.
Assess dealer branches in terms of sales performance and service capability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop actionable improvement plans and enhance overall distributor effectiveness.
Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize dealer network performance and support sustainable growth.
Requirement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-activity environment related to sales, market development, or dealer management, preferably within the engineering truck or heavy equipment industry.
Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of dealer network operations and service support structures.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed for dealer visits and market assessments.
