Marketing Manager (Medical Health Company)

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and expectant parents.

Key Responsibilities

We are a leading international provider of medical and healthcare services specializing in cord blood banking, stem cell storage, and maternal-child wellness solutions. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and expectant parents.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Planning
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to grow awareness and market share.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends within the maternal and healthcare sector.

  • Segment target audiences and tailor campaigns for expectant parents, OB/GYNs, hospitals, and pediatricians.

  • Manage annual marketing budgets and track ROI.

2. Brand & Communication Management
  • Position the brand as a trusted leader in cord blood banking and stem cell services.

  • Oversee creation of educational materials, patient kits, and digital content in compliance with healthcare marketing regulations.

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Lead online marketing initiatives: website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, and targeted ads.

  • Develop educational webinars and online content to raise awareness of cord blood banking benefits.

  • Use CRM platforms to track, nurture, and convert leads effectively.

4. Events, Partnerships & Outreach
  • Organize maternity expos, hospital events, and prenatal seminars.

  • Build partnerships with medical institutions and associations to expand referral networks.

  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (OB/GYNs, pediatricians) for endorsements and campaigns.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
  • Ensure all promotional activities meet Indonesian medical advertising laws and ethical guidelines.

  • Coordinate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure scientific accuracy.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Work closely with sales teams to provide marketing support, tools, and training.

  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams for brand alignment and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (medical/health background preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or maternal-child services.

  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations in Indonesia.

  • Proven track record in brand building, lead generation, and campaign management.
