Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience in the Automotive and Electronic Sparepart Industry.

Experience in leading a marketing team and managing budgets.

Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Professional and proactive work ethic.

High competency in project and stakeholder management.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willing to work in Cikarang Bekasi.

Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and guide the marketing team.
  2. Evaluate and develop marketing strategies and plans.
  3. Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts.
  4. Research demand for products and services.
  5. Collaborate with the sales department to develop pricing strategies that meet goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Understand and manage marketing budgets.
  7. Develop and oversee advertising campaigns.
  8. Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion.
  9. Work with in-house teams and clients.
