A leading marketing firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for Shopee and TikTok platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in campaign planning and cross-channel marketing, combined with excellent communication skills. Develop and execute overall marketing strategies for Shopee & TikTok platforms.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to define product direction and campaign strategy.
Launch and monitor paid advertising campaigns (ads) on Shopee and TikTok.
Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and creators to produce content that drives engagement and sales.
Track and analyze campaign performance (ROI, CTR, CPC, revenue, etc.) and optimize continuously.
Coordinate the development of content, visuals, and videos for shops, livestreams, and promotional campaigns.
Manage live stream schedules, promotional programs, and online events.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, sales, impressions, and related KPIs.
Propose solutions to improve performance based on data-driven insights.
Guide and manage the marketing team, coordinating tasks across departments.
Liaise with partners and KOLs to ensure effective campaign execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Strong track record in campaign planning, creative development, and cross-channel marketing.
Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn insights into actionable campaign ideas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to align multiple stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
