Job description

Jakarta Premium Outlets Kota Tangerang is a premium shopping mall that aims for world-class shopping destination. We are currently recruiting employees for the operational marketing and management team at Alam Sutera Tangerang Indonesia.

Job Role

  1. Create short- and long-term strategies and work plans for Marketing Promotion.
  2. To design a Digital Marketing, Event and Social Media strategies, Introducing and expanding Jakarta Premium Outlets to the public.
  3. Ensure that the messages in the campaign are relevant and on target, as well as coordinating with various divisions in the company.
  4. Ensure that the marketing teams work according to the targets given and follow the schedule and procedures set.
  5. Set the budget for each campaign/advertisement.
  6. Monitor outlet sales growth and company income.
  7. Provide fresh ideas to improve marketing and promotions in achieving company targets and objectives.
  8. Carry out other instructions given by Company Management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing / digital marketing / business / communication (or similar majors).
  2. Range age between 28 to 45 years.
  3. Minimum 2 years as Marketing Manager.
  4. Experience in marketing communication.
  5. Have the required skills such as digital marketing promotion, event and social media.
  6. Have many relationships that can support marketing and promotion activities.
  7. Fluent English is mandatory.
  8. Able to run reports required.
  9. Willing to work at the Alam Sutera Tangerang office.
  10. Willing to travel or conduct many meetings outside the office or in the office.
  11. Strong in managing marketing and promotion administration, documents controlling and marketing and promotion contracts.
  12. Good interpersonal skills.
  13. Strong willing to learn.
  14. Thorough, honest, tough, and disciplined.
  15. Able to work independently and as a team.
  16. Build and maintain good working relationships with tenants and service providers.
  17. Build and maintain good working relationships in the company's work environment.
  18. Computer capabilities: Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, outlook), photoshop / other applications.
