Adecco Group is currently supporting one of our Lifestyle Clientin their search for Marketing Manager that will be placed in their Bali Office.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest behavior to inform strategy.
  • Create monthly marketing calendars and campaigns for seasonal promotions and events.
  • Collaborate with the Events and Operations teams to promote special events and experiences.
  • Build relationships with local media and oversee PR initiatives.
  • Represent the brand at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Support partnerships with hotels, tour operators, and lifestyle brands.

If you are someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, CMS tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about the beach lifestyle and hospitality industry.
