Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee overall marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to ensure strong alignment with the company's business objective
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor developments, and propose visionary and proactive marketing strategies
• Lead and coordinate promotional activities and brand building efforts to enhance brand influence and market share
• Organize and plan both online and offline promotional activities, and evaluate and optimize the results of these activities
• Lead the team in planning and producing promotional materials such as promotional content, advertising scripts, digital media content, and various other marketing materials
• Maintain cooperative relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, public relations institutions, and other external parties, while effectively managing budgets and resources
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by superiors

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in marketing, with prior team leadership experience being an advantage
• Strong understanding of marketing planning processes and promotional methods across various channels, along with solid marketing skills
• Strong data analysis skills, market sensitivity, and innovative thinking
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with proven project execution ability and team leadership capabilities
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
