About Our Client

Our client is a FMCG company with top-of-mind confectionery brands both in local and international markets looking to hire for Marketing Manager to lead overall marketing & branding such as digital marketing, branding, NPD & innovation, and e-commerce.

Job Description

  1. Implement the target plan in alignment with the marketing strategy.
  2. Monitor all marketing budget requests and provide regular reports to the Head of Department.
  3. Ensure the marketing calendar is executed according to the approved activities.
  4. Drive innovative marketing initiatives that contribute to achieving company goals.
  5. Analyze reports on all marketing activities, including ATL and BTL, and conduct market research analysis.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of all marketing activities.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 6 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years in managerial and strategic roles.
  3. Marketing experience handling well-known food & beverages FMCG brands is a must.
  4. Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  5. Proven experience in marketing planning, strategy, and brand management.
  6. Skilled in analyzing market data to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and make informed marketing decisions.
  7. Strong marketing leadership experience in multiple aspects such as digital marketing, branding, e-commerce, and NPD.
