Position: Marketing Manager

MUST REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, or creative industries (Experience in the restaurant/F&B industry)
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
- English – Intermediate communication skills
- Willing to travel for marketing events, campaigns, and planning
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, judgment, and IT skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Advertising
- Production and supervision of printed materials and amenities: Collaborate with design companies, etc., to implement comprehensive management of all creative materials used in the store
- Event planning for regular events and special events: Implement event planning by creating a method that makes customers motivated to visit the store (improvement of purchase points)
- SNS-related operation and management: Cooperate with partner companies, etc., and use SNS to disseminate advertisements at various timings such as new store openings and new product promotions
- Analysis and response to opinions/praise received on SNS: Only respond to the key message.
Marketing
- Marketing: Analyze the location of the store to verify more effective and low-cost advertising activities
- Marketing: Analyze the number of products available at each store and effectively provide information to each department in the company
- Final confirmation of product naming: Mainly for local products, and if it is difficult for locals to understand even for imported products imported from Japan, these Japanese names can be changed
- Finalization of store name: Ideas of names for the new store are proposed and confirmed
Staff Development
- Guidance – Provide direction and mentorship to subordinates
- Training – Plan and conduct training programs
- Performance Management – Set KPIs and evaluate performance
- Delegation of Authority – Assign tasks to encourage autonomy
- Talent Development – Support career growth of team members
