Jasper Kemilau Abadi, a leading cosmetics brand, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for the company's premier cosmetic product lines.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's cosmetic products
• Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials
• Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and achieve sales targets
• Managing the marketing budget and optimising spending to maximise return on investment
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve campaigns
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing and digital advertising

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry
