Position:Marketing Manager (C-level Personal Branding)

A leading smartphone brand is seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager to lead the development of the public persona and digital presence for its C-level executives.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English

  • Background in the smartphone industry

  • Willingness to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive communications, personal branding, or digital content strategy

  • Proven track record managing content production teams and developing content for C-level executives

  • Deep understanding of social platforms, content trends, algorithm optimization, and audience engagement strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personal branding strategies for senior executives

  • Lead the full content lifecycle: from ideation and scripting to production and publishing

  • Deliver 3 high-quality video assets per week, tailored for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Ensure content consistency in tone, messaging, and branding

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (PR, Communications, Creative) to enhance visibility
