A leading skincare company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at strengthening brand positioning. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in marketing, particularly in the beauty or FMCG sectors, and possesses strong digital marketing knowledge alongside excellent leadership skills. This role includes managing product launches and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the skincare industry.
Plan and manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure integrated marketing execution.
Manage digital marketing channels (social media, website, e-commerce, paid ads) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance (ROI, KPIs) and optimize strategies.
Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and brand-building.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and consumer behavior in the beauty industry.
