MARKETING MANAGER (ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER)

• Assist in developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans.

• Present ideas to management for marketing strategies, including programs, strategies, and budgets.

• Manage all KOL and affiliate channels.

• Oversee communication channels such as digital platforms, social media, displays, and printed media.

• Conduct product training as needed.

• Plan and execute events such as baby expos and outlet openings.

• Coordinate public relations activities.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
  • Languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Intercultural sensitivity, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Ability to start work immediately.
  • Detail-oriented.
