Job Description

As a Marketing Manager (Alcohol), your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
• Leading and motivating the marketing team to reach set targets
• Analysing market trends and tracking competitors' activities
• Organising and overseeing advertising campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events
• Establishing a strong network of agencies and vendors
• Preparing and managing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Monitoring progress and submitting performance reports
• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with customer trends

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager (Alcohol) should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business or similar relevant field
• Proven 10+ years experience in the FMCG industry, having experience in distribution companies, especially in the food & beverage, alcoholic drinks, tobacco industries and other industries with a HoReCa channel will be preferred
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools
• A creative mindset paired with a results-driven approach
