We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive client growth, lead generation, and conversion for FITO Indonesia. The Marketing Manager will be both data-driven and creative, ensuring every marketing initiative translates into measurable outcomes: more leads, more deals, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead integrated marketing strategies to deliver sales growth, client acquisition, and stronger market positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and competitive advantages.
- Translate business goals into actionable and impactful marketing programs.
- Develop and execute plans to grow new client leads and increase conversion into deals.
- Monitor and analyze conversion funnels, optimizing for higher performance and ROI.
- Deliver measurable KPIs such as client growth, conversion rate, and marketing ROI.
- Build and implement data-driven digital marketing roadmaps across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, email, and influencer marketing to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and product performance, using insights to improve future outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing strategies that increase sales and leads.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team (creative, content, performance marketing) to deliver high-impact results.
- Ensure every marketing investment contributes to client growth, profitability, and long-term business impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in strategic marketing, growth, and lead conversion.
- Ability to optimize key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV) across multiple channels.
- Data-driven and creative, able to balance analytics with storytelling and bold marketing ideas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
