We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and grow the brand across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, brand storytelling, and hands-on execution to strengthen Prominest’s position as a trusted choice in the wellness and ready-to-eat category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Prominest’s brand identity and growth objectives.
  • Brand & Strategy: Strengthen brand positioning through campaigns that highlight Prominest’s values: quality, natural goodness, and innovation.
  • Brand & Strategy: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including packaging communication, campaign messaging, and retail activation.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, oversee, and optimize digital and offline campaigns (social media, influencers, PR, events, retail activations).
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate with creative and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Campaign Management: Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media strategy and content calendar to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid social) to drive awareness, conversions, and sales.
  • Digital Marketing: Ensure website and e-commerce platforms are optimized for user experience and conversion.
  • Partnerships & Community: Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, key opinion leaders, and brand partners.
  • Partnerships & Community: Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and B2B partners to expand brand presence.
  • Partnerships & Community: Develop community engagement initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Team & Operations: Lead and mentor a small marketing team (designers, content creators, digital specialists).
  • Team & Operations: Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on performance.
  • Team & Operations: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to keep Prominest competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing (FMCG, wellness, lifestyle, or F&B industry preferred).
  • Skills & Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of both digital marketing and offline brand activation.
  • Skills & Experience: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and CRM platforms.
  • Skills & Experience: Knowledge of packaging communication and regulatory considerations in FMCG is a plus.
