A leading fragrance company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and manage all marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to promote products and ensure effective messaging. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minimum of 5–15 years of experience in the FMCG industry are required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, which demands creativity and analytical abilities.
Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns for the company or department.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products, services, and overall brand presence.
Ensure consistent and effective messaging to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Represent the marketing team in cross-functional collaborations with product management, sales, and customer support.
Provide updates to senior leadership on marketing activities, progress, and campaign results.
Manage and coordinate the work of marketing and creative teams.
Lead market research initiatives to assess demand, identify potential markets, and evaluate product/service viability.
Collaborate with media partners and advertising agencies to execute campaigns.
Brainstorm and develop creative campaign concepts in line with brand objectives.
Work closely with sales and other departments to produce impactful strategies.
Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Analyze performance data to measure campaign success and develop improvement plans.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and marketing best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing or a relevant field.
Minimum 5–15 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven background in the FMCG industry (Non-Food) with strong communication skills and high initiative.
Demonstrated ability to balance structured processes with innovative thinking in developing marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills, both in business management and marketing execution.
Deep understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
Professional judgment and discretion based on extensive experience.
Strong analytical skills to forecast trends, identify challenges, and develop solutions.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing, design, and production.
