About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Harvest Coffee Forenity' in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya. As a contract role, this position will play a crucial part in driving the company's marketing strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities
• Creating and managing engaging content across various channels, including social media, website, and advertising
• Coordinating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
• Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously optimise campaigns
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop impactful branding and marketing materials
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and implementing innovative marketing strategies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Pemasaran & Komunikasi industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
• Familiarity with the Manajemen sub-industry is preferred
