MARKETING MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Marketing
2. Experience in trade marketing minimum 3 years within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or related industry
3. Strong knowledge of brand image, beauty product positioning, consumer behavior, visual merchandising, and promotional events in beauty settings
4. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
5. Experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
7. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Job Description:

1. Developing and implementing the overall campaign strategy
2. Manage the marketing budget, including conducting market surveys
3. Manage the Marketing Plan or Roadmap, including marketing promotions and events
4. Manage the marketing and sales strategy
5. Analyze brand performance, ensure consistency across campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to drive market presence and growth
6. Conduct research on future trends, market share, and customer behavior
7. Develop strategy, promote brand growth, implementing plans and drive volume
8. Monitor and analyze competitors' activities and market trends
