Job description

PT Daraya Gayanti Grup, Master Franchise of a globally well-known KX Pilates brand and a pioneer of Pilates Studio in Indonesia, are looking for a dynamic and energetic candidates to fill in the role of our Digital Marketing Staff, who will be responsible for:

Design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

Collaborate with cross division to develop cohesive messaging and presentation.

Manage social media platforms, corporate communications, and branding to ensure a cohesive public image.

Oversee the creation and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns.

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.

Use data analytics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and to optimize future marketing strategies.

Conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and evaluate client needs.

Developing promotional materials and coordinating marketing events.

Working with third parties to manage campaigns and negotiate contracts.

Implementing SEO and PPC strategies to boost online presence.

Handling customer feedback and using insights to improve service or product.

Carry out other reasonable obligation and responsibilities.

We will consider all candidates who meet the following criterias:

At least Bachelor graduates or equivalent

Preferably experienced in Wellness/Retail/related industry with similar market to explore

Experienced working as a Marketing Manager or at least has 2 years of working experience as Asst. Manager

Experienced in leading a team to achieve target, hands-on.

Excellent proficiency in English

Good analytical thinking

Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

To be placed in Head Office at Kemang, Jakarta Selatan
