Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
  • Develop and implement a strategic influencer marketing plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors to boost visibility.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer collaborations align with brand messaging and overall marketing goals.
Performance Analysis & Strategy Optimization
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness by analyzing key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Continuously refine marketing approaches based on data insights and industry trends.
Market Trends & Competitive Research
  • Stay up to date with the latest beauty and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Guide and mentor a team, overseeing workflow and setting clear performance objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or KOL Management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, and affiliate marketing.
  • Previous experience in retail or FMCG industries is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
