Job description

- Develop marketing initiatives to leverage awareness, generate leads, boost engagement, and build loyalty to secure business from potential and returning customers & partners.

- Lead, develop, and execute marketing strategy to support sales performance.

- Work the insights into powerful actions, choices, and tactical plans to win market leadership.

- Lead, strategize, and deliver product performance.

- Approach, engage, and acquire partnerships and sponsorships to support marketing activities and initiatives.

- Update and collaborate with the Product team on pricing strategy to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

- Generate idea sharing and alignment to accomplish defined marketing goals within the team and across functions & departments.

- Drive local marketing initiatives and go-to-market campaigns.

- Analyze audiences, channels, platforms, messaging, and business objectives to deliver effective marketing plans.

- Ensure an analytical and data-driven mindset within the marketing team.

Qualification:

- Have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.

- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, enabling the creation of competitive programs.

- Strong strategic thinking skills.

- Good leadership skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and be evaluated based on target achievement.

- Possess a resilient character, integrity, and a desire to learn.
