Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, managing the marketing budget effectively.
  • Create and manage high-quality content across various platforms to showcase company expertise and thought leadership.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns to attract potential clients and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain brand consistency, execute brand awareness campaigns, and monitor brand reputation.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics, preparing regular reports on campaign performance and ROI for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT consulting or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
