Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email, events, content creation).
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Create marketing materials (brochures, case studies, presentations).
- Plan and execute marketing events (webinars, product launches, conferences, client workshops).
- Track and report marketing performance for improvement.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coordinator role.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing; SaaS/IT industry background strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot/CRM, Marketing Automation).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.
