Create and execute comprehensive, long-term marketing plans and annual marketing plans to achieve business targets.

Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team, providing direction, training, and fostering a professional environment.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Ensure the brand's message and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials and channels.

Work with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.

3+ years of experience in Marketing & 1 year of experience in a supervisor level.

Prefer candidates from brand/ FMCG / retail / principle / grocery backgrounds.

Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute tasks with attention to detail.
