Eling Group is a rapidly growing spiritual wellness ecosystem based in Bali, consisting of several integrated units such as Sang Spa, Eling Sanctuary, Eling Academy, Eling Botanica, and more. We are strengthening our sales engine and looking for a visionary yet action-driven Sales Lead who can align strategy, execution, and soulful leadership to drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Design and implement multi-channel sales strategies (online and offline).
Build and lead both B2B (corporate clients, resellers, distribution partners) and B2C (retail, walk-in, e-commerce) revenue pipelines.
Set and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all Eling Group business units.
2. Team Leadership
Coach, empower, and mobilize the sales team, customer relations, and frontliners to become results-oriented and spiritually grounded performers.
Unify cross-unit sales efforts under one cohesive direction and leadership.
Serve as a role model in conscious leadership and execution excellence.
3. Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, wellness communities, and sales networks.
Establish long-term client engagement systems through personalized, human-centered approaches.
4. Sales Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor daily sales performance and lead performance reviews.
Deliver strategic sales reports and insights to the CEO and management team.
Collaborate with the marketing and finance departments to ensure alignment on targets and business execution.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in building and managing high-performance sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales frameworks.
Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and revenue forecasting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
Highly target-driven, data-oriented, and people-focused.
Fluent in Indonesian and English.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry.
Existing network in sales communities, retail channels, or corporate wellness clients.
