Job Description:
- Improve and monitor orders/traffic for B2C sales;
- Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing tactics, new leads, sales activities, and ROI;
- Analyze/report marketing promotion budget and observe the patterns;
- Create B2C promotion campaigns every week (including supplier promotion);
- Align with category and creative team to arrange and monitor marketing activities/sales campaigns;
- Participate and connect on Sales and Operation (SNOP) every day/week to arrange promotion campaigns;
- Arrange and monitor all of the promotion/marketing activities in Jakarta;
- Arrange, monitor, and create push notification plans for CRM related to promotion and campaign activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Stay informed about social media, marketing, technology, and advertising;
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams – finance, creative, and operation;
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities;
