Job description

Job Description:

  1. Improve and monitor orders/traffic for B2C sales;
  2. Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing tactics, new leads, sales activities, and ROI;
  3. Analyze/report marketing promotion budget and observe the patterns;
  4. Create B2C promotion campaigns every week (including supplier promotion);
  5. Align with category and creative team to arrange and monitor marketing activities/sales campaigns;
  6. Participate and connect on Sales and Operation (SNOP) every day/week to arrange promotion campaigns;
  7. Arrange and monitor all of the promotion/marketing activities in Jakarta;
  8. Arrange, monitor, and create push notification plans for CRM related to promotion and campaign activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field;
  2. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  3. Stay informed about social media, marketing, technology, and advertising;
  4. Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams – finance, creative, and operation;
  5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities;
  6. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
