Job summary

PT Tasblock Industry Indonesia is seeking a Graphic Designer for Marketing Communication to conceptualize and produce high-impact visual assets for regional digital and printed marketing channels.

You will design catalogs, company profiles, exhibition backdrops, banners, and social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and websites, while maintaining brand guidelines and localization for designated regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven graphic design experience (print and digital).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Video editing/motion graphics with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.
• Figma, Canva, or basic web design tools.
• Strong pre-press knowledge: CMYK, color separation, typography.
• Ability to adapt designs for localized multi-region templates.
• Strong project management to handle concurrent deadlines.
• Creative storytelling with photography and short video trends.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, layout, and prepare print-ready files for regional markets.
• Design multi-page printed assets including catalogs, profiles, newsletters, calendars.
• Develop large-format branding materials for exhibitions and backdrops.
• Manage print specs and coordinate with vendors for high-quality output.
• Design banners and landing pages for websites and promos.
• Create content formats for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
• Collaborate with copywriters to align visuals with messaging.
• Maintain visual brand guidelines across regional variations.
• Ensure localization of product details and specifications.
