Global Ehsan Relief Indonesia is seeking a Marketing & Fundraising Manager to lead strategic fundraising and donor engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing campaigns, managing donor relations, and driving sustainable growth.

General Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).
  • Preferably a mid-career professional with a strong drive for growth
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a related field (fundraising, marketing, communications, or partnerships).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in charities, humanitarian foundations, NGO, or social initiatives.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, humanitarian values, integrity, and accountability.

Specific Requirements for Marketing & Fundraising Manager

  • Proven experience in fundraising strategy development and donor engagement (individual, corporate, and institutional).
  • Strong skills in proposal writing, grant applications, and campaign planning.
  • Ability to create innovative fundraising initiatives, both online and offline.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing principles and digital fundraising tools.
  • Strong networking skills with corporates, CSR programs, and potential high-value donors.
  • Experience in developing donor retention programs and managing donor databases.
  • Proficiency in social impact storytelling and promotional content creation.
  • Ability to collaborate with program, finance, and communications teams to ensure donor requirements are met.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate fundraising performance.
  • Confident in public speaking and presenting to potential donors, partners, and stakeholders.
