PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  1. To provide input into the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy, to ensure we meet our objectives and property sales/rental opportunities are handled to the benefit of project.
  2. To participate in development of systems and processes to identify potential customers - their profiles and requirements so that products and services are highly marketable and sales targets are achieved.
  3. To provide comparison for the targeted property with similar properties that have recently sold / leased, in order to determine its competitive market price/rental.
  4. To establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization (Jakarta office & regional offices) and with clients, external agencies, in order to promote property sales/lease and achieve targets.
  5. To accompany buyers / tenants during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
  6. To advise clients on market conditions, prices / rentals, legal requirements and related matters.
  7. To coordinate property closings and oversee signing of documents.
  8. To prepare documents such as contracts, agreements, or closing statements.
  9. To assist as a 'door opener' and identify new business opportunities.
  10. To penetrate and keep track of market activities.
  11. To develop relationships with occupiers with the aim of securing appointments in the future.
  12. To liaise with the client’s representative for detailed processes and support in project administration.
  13. To conduct/support any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company.

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

  1. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Good team player.
  3. Ability to communicate well with people at all levels.

  5. Strong business acumen.
  6. Strong computer skills – proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Windows.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban & City Planning, Real Estate Finance/Development or related disciplines.
  2. Proven track record with 1 – 3 years’ experience, preferably in Valuations.
