PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- To provide input into the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy, to ensure we meet our objectives and property sales/rental opportunities are handled to the benefit of project.
- To participate in development of systems and processes to identify potential customers - their profiles and requirements so that products and services are highly marketable and sales targets are achieved.
- To provide comparison for the targeted property with similar properties that have recently sold / leased, in order to determine its competitive market price/rental.
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization (Jakarta office & regional offices) and with clients, external agencies, in order to promote property sales/lease and achieve targets.
- To accompany buyers / tenants during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
- To advise clients on market conditions, prices / rentals, legal requirements and related matters.
- To coordinate property closings and oversee signing of documents.
- To prepare documents such as contracts, agreements, or closing statements.
- To assist as a 'door opener' and identify new business opportunities.
- To penetrate and keep track of market activities.
- To develop relationships with occupiers with the aim of securing appointments in the future.
- To liaise with the client’s representative for detailed processes and support in project administration.
- To conduct/support any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company.

- Strong business acumen.
- Strong computer skills – proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Windows.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban & City Planning, Real Estate Finance/Development or related disciplines.
- Proven track record with 1 – 3 years’ experience, preferably in Valuations.
