How did it all start?

About the position:

Develops and implements strategies to promote and sell EBF. Their goal is to help businesses grow by identifying target audiences, creating compelling campaigns, and utilizing various marketing channels effectively.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Marketing Plan: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation to generate leads and increase conversions.
  2. Helping sales to convert cold leads into hot leads from events and automation.
  3. Collaboration with the after-sales team to make offline and online promotions to increase revenue retention.
  4. Use Case and Impact Story Creation: Create and amplify Use Case and Impact Story that are appealing for target partners.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. 5 years of experience handling community and events.
  3. Strong track record of driving marketing growth.
  4. Familiarity with the financial industry.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth execution of offline and online events.
  6. Established relationships within the financial community (e.g., AFTECH, AFPI, iDea).
