Overview
1. Perform analysis, survey, and market research regarding the latest market trends so the sales team can enter the right market, especially for Digital Payment Business (merchant and POS business).
2. Find the business position and competition of products and solutions by making a matrix comparison analysis against competitors.
3. Build communication and relationships with customers: Banking customer (e.g. create a video containing banking customer experience when using companyCRM or TCR), Merchant (e.g. create a video of the merchant experience using POS), Partnership (e.g. create a video of partner experience of growing and developing with the company).
Responsibilities
- Leading and ensuring the success of all marketing event preparations and executions. Designing marketing and promotional materials for events.
- Perform cost calculation (P&L) for all marketing activity & events, and perform evaluation after the events.
- Conduct branding and marketing campaigns to promote the company POS brand by creating an event. Examples of events include: participating in big event exhibitions, participating in banking events, cooperating with government bodies (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Ministry of SME & Cooperatives) by participating in MSME events and seminars, actively participating in community events (e.g. Bicycle Community, Super Car Community, Super bike Community, Barista Community, etc.), and Campus-to-Campus promotions (considering trends where young entrepreneurs open F&B businesses after graduation).
- Create events for existing merchants periodically (e.g. quarterly) where the company team can share product roadmap & improvement, support & coverage, and gather customer feedback.
- Collaborate with HR team to support all internal company events.
Requirements
- Having strong experience in marketing & event management (min. 5 years).
- Possess strong follow-up skills, the ability to work on multiple projects, and attention to details.
- Have creativity in identifying targets as well as designing marketing promotion materials and campaigns.
- Have the ability to analyze and be able to make policies based on data gathered after the events.
- Keep up-to-date with the emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, online/offline marketing, as well as performance measurement.
- Manage various company brands or products to create promotions to increase brand awareness.
- Responsible for planning and budget control in all marketing activities & events.
- Must have computer skills in MS Office and other applications to support marketing activities & events.
- Having good relationships with Communities and Ministries (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industry, Ministry of SME & Cooperatives) is a big plus.
