Key Responsibilities:
- Perform marketing analysis to evaluate campaign performance, user acquisition, and retention efforts.
- Conduct cohort analyses to understand customer behavior, churn, and lifetime value across marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Tableau to create dashboards and visualizations that provide insights into key marketing metrics.
- Monitor and analyze metrics such as ROI, CPA, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement A/B tests for continuous optimization.
- Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights for marketing strategies, including digital advertising and CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in the mobile advertising or gaming industry. Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and storytelling.
- Strong experience in marketing analysis and cohort analysis.
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
- Understanding of marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or programmatic advertising tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
- Solid communication skills to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Background in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle analytics.
